POLICIES

• All clients must have a signed waiver on file. 

• Minors must have parent/guardian sign intake form for them. Minors must have a parent/guardian on premises. I do not work on minors younger than 14 years.

• Full payment is required for late cancellations (within 24 hrs of appointment) and no shows. Multiple cancellations may result in being blocked from booking future appointments. 

• Refusal to pay cancel/no show fee will result in being blocked from booking future appointments. 

• This is a safe space for all bodies, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC individuals. Behavior against these values, groups, or individuals will result in being escorted off the premises and blocked from booking future sessions.

• Any sexual or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in ending the session early, paying in full, and possible legal action. 

• Gift certificates and prepaid services (including membership payments and prepaid memberships) are non-refundable.
